The Knit and Natter Group meet every Wednesday at 2.30pm in the Wesley Roon.

First and foremost we are a friendship group, but most of us enjoy knitting or sewing whilst chatting. We have a cup of tea and a biscuit and each person contributes 50p, which helps to support a needy family in Odessa on the Black Sea coast of the Ukraine.

Each year we make up a box of groceries and useful items such as blankets and warm clothes for the family, and this goes out to the Ukraine via The International Aid Trust in Preston.

New members are always welcome, so you can just turn up on any Wednesday at 2.30pm, and you will be greeted with a smile and some knitting needles. We look forward to seeing you.
