House Fellowships

Groups are held at various times during the week (daytime and evening). The purpose of meeting has been to share Christian experience, to study the bible and become more aware of issues relating to poverty, justice and peace. Each group has a leader who co-ordinates the week to week activities of the group. The bible studies have been linked to the ‘planned preaching’ series and the accompanying study booklets. When ‘planned preaching’ is not operating, groups have found their own material to work on. Each group has been asked to consider doing a practical project for the Church and this has resulted in the promotion of a ‘Simpler Lifestyle’ and the need for better use of our notice boards.

We encourage all our members to participate in the ecumenical Lent study groups.
